Compact Adjustable Fast Charging with Flexible Control
The PEVcharge PEV-2500-18 is a compact adjustable fast charger with an output voltage range of 126V-177V.
With 220V AC input, the charging current can be adjusted from 1A to 18A. With 110V AC input, the charging current can be adjusted from 1A to 9A.
The charger supports both Bluetooth connection adjustment and touch screen adjustment. Its compact size and lightweight body make it easier to store, carry, and transport.
This is not a universal charger. Compatibility with any battery or vehicle must be confirmed before ordering or use.

Adjustable Output Voltage
The PEV-2500-18 supports an adjustable output voltage range of 126V-177V.
The battery’s required actual full-charge voltage must be confirmed before the charger is connected or used.
A vehicle’s advertised voltage may be a nominal battery voltage rather than its actual full-charge voltage. Do not select this charger only according to a vehicle name, model name, nominal voltage, or information shown in an advertisement.
The fact that a battery’s required voltage is within the charger’s adjustable output range does not, by itself, confirm compatibility.
Charging connector type, connector wiring, polarity, BMS charging-current limit, charging-port current limit, cable rating, and adapter rating must also be verified.
Included Charging-Port Connectors
This product includes the following three charging-port connector adapters:
- 3-Pin charging-port connector to XT60
- 4-Pin charging-port connector to XT60
- 5-Pin charging-port connector to XT60
The three charging-port connectors are included together. They are not separate connector options.
Each included charging-port connector is provided with an XT60 connection for use with the included charging cable.
The pin count describes only the physical connector configuration. It does not indicate the charging voltage, polarity, wiring arrangement, or supported charging current.
A connector with the same appearance or pin count is not automatically compatible. Connector wiring and polarity must be confirmed before use.
If the connected product uses a different charging connector, a separate correctly wired adapter may be required. Any additional adapter must support the selected voltage and charging current.
Included XT90-XT60 Charging Cable
This product includes an XT90-XT60 charging cable.
The XT90-XT60 charging cable and the three charging-port connector adapters are separate parts of the charging connection system.
The included 3-Pin, 4-Pin, and 5-Pin charging-port connectors are each converted to an XT60 connection for use with the included charging cable.
Before charging, confirm that the selected charging-port connector, XT60 connection, cable, vehicle charging port, wiring, and polarity are correctly matched.
Do not use a cable, connector, or adapter that is not rated for the selected output voltage and charging current.

Protective Portable Carrying Case Included
Each charger includes a protective portable carrying case for storing and transporting the charger and its included accessories.
The carrying case helps keep the charger, charging cable, charging-port connectors, and AC power cable organized during storage and transport.
Adjustable Charging Current
The available adjustable charging-current range depends on the AC input voltage:
- With 220V AC input: 1A-18A adjustable charging current
- With 110V AC input: 1A-9A adjustable charging current
The selected charging current must not exceed the limits of the battery, BMS, vehicle charging port, connector, adapter, or charging cable.
The charger’s maximum available current does not mean that every connected battery or vehicle can accept that current.
A lower charging current can be selected when the battery or charging system does not support a higher current. Higher-current charging should be used only after the complete charging system has been verified.
Actual charging performance may also depend on the wall outlet, electrical circuit, input voltage, available input power, BMS limit, vehicle charging limit, charging-port rating, connector rating, and cable rating.
Bluetooth and Touch Screen Adjustment
The PEV-2500-18 supports both Bluetooth connection adjustment and touch screen adjustment.
Charging settings can be adjusted through the supported Bluetooth connection or directly through the charger’s touch screen.
Before starting each charging session, confirm that the selected output voltage and charging current are correct for the connected battery and charging system.
Compact and Lightweight Design
The charger measures approximately 21 × 10 × 4.3 cm and has a bare unit weight of approximately 1384g.
Its compact size makes it easier to store, carry, and transport while providing adjustable voltage and current control.

- Actual full-charge voltage of the battery
- Charging-port connector type
- Connector wiring and polarity
- BMS maximum charging-current limit
- Vehicle charging-port current limit
- Charging cable and adapter current rating
- Available AC input voltage and electrical circuit capacity
Do not rely only on the vehicle’s nominal voltage, product name, model name, connector appearance, or connector pin count.

Do not assume compatibility only because the required voltage appears to be within the charger’s adjustable output range.
